Half Beef Share

Reserve a half beef share — about 175 lbs of take-home beef, custom-cut, vacuum-sealed, and labeled.

Grade: Premium (our top grade — the best marbling and tenderness) or Standard (the same farm-raised quality at about 10% less).

Payment: choose Deposit to hold your spot and pay the balance later, or Pay in Full to pay the estimated total now ($1,200 Premium / $1,080 Standard).

Beef shares are priced by hanging weight, so your final price may go up or down slightly depending on the exact weight. We'll send your final amount and settle any difference before pickup or delivery. Balances can be paid on our Beef Shares page.

After you reserve, we'll send a cut sheet so you can choose steak thickness, roast sizes, and ground beef blends.

Pickup or delivery only: pick up at our farm in Roswell, NM, or we deliver within about 250 miles of Roswell. Deposits are non-refundable.
