Reserve a whole beef share (about 300–400 lbs of take-home beef) with this deposit.

The deposit secures your spot on a specific animal or processing slot. The balance is due at processing and is based on actual hanging weight (approx. $2,200–$2,600 total for Premium). After your deposit we will send you a cut sheet so you can choose steak thickness, roast sizes, and ground beef blends.

Shares are pickup-only in Roswell, NM. Deposits are non-refundable.
